and contractor with a rich experience of over 31 years. He has a vast wealth of experience in the
construction industry and commands respect from his peers, which has aided him in nurturing a broad
network of associates from among industry captains. His responsibility involves overseeing the
holistic working of the Group. He is instrumental in making planned decisions for the organization,
thereby ensuring business growth and profitability - both at strategic and operational levels.
Ishu Varma - Director
Ishu Varma, is at the forefront of locating, purchasing, and overseeing valuable properties that
propel strategic expansion thanks to his imaginative approach and extensive industry knowledge. He
makes sure that every real estate choice is in line with the goals and objectives of our business,
from site selection and negotiations to development and asset optimisation. His leadership combines
a drive for maximising value in every square foot, operational excellence, and market knowledge.
Lucky Prajapat - Director
Mr. Lucky Prajapat is having 9 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure. Principally
looks after construction of the projects and liaisons with the technical team of the Company. He
directly controls Purchases and Contractual values of all sites. He possesses superior operational
acumen, excellent leadership skills and a very high emotional quotient. Lucky ji has an impeccable
proficiency and a professional demeanor that makes him a top performer at the Life Group. He not
only contributes consistently, but is also responsive to the opinions of others, supporting
decisions which are in the best interest of the Group.
JAGDISH GHOLAP - General Manager Accounts & administrator
Mr. Jagdish Gholap is a Accounts with over 18 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure.
He having vast experience in fund deployment in constructions industry, having control over
accounting of constructions industry from last 16 year. Apart from this, presently he is also taking
care of Administration of Life Constructions Private Limited from its inception.
